Hiring manager blatantly lied to me, what should I do?

Determine first what you hope to accomplish. If you just want the truth, call the hiring manager and ask them why they lied - they are the only person who can tell you. Calling corporate won't get you this information; but if your goal is to cause a problem for this person, calling corporate may or may not accomplish this goal. In any case, you are not getting this job, and your energies would be better directed at finding another opportunity rather than pursuing this, but that is up to you.
